Homemade energy balls

  • 100g dates.
  • 100g dried apricots.
  • 60g pecan nuts or walnuts.
  • 30g peanut or almond butter.
  • Some honey or maple syrup.
  • Shredded coconut

Toss everything in the food processor, form into balls, roll them in shredded coconut.


Simple Variation

  • Dates
  • Cashew or walnuts or hazelnuts
  • Kakao (99% Dark Chocolate)

Mix everything together, achieve a thick viscosity, form into balls, roll in shredded nuts.
