Classic Energy Ball Recipe

This recipe is simple and classic!

  • 100g dates
  • 100g dried apricots
  • 60g pecans or walnuts
  • 30g peanut or almond butter
  • A touch of honey or maple syrup
  • Shredded coconut for coating

Instructions:

Toss all ingredients (except the coconut) into a food processor. Once a sticky mixture forms, roll it into small balls and then roll them in the shredded coconut to finish!


Chocolate Variation

Do you like Chocolate? This version is for you! 🍫

  • Dates
  • Cashews, walnuts, or hazelnuts
  • Cacao powder (99% dark chocolate for a rich flavor)
  • Shredded nuts for coating

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together until you get a thick, pliable mixture. Form into balls and roll them in shredded nuts for a final crunch.
