Ingredients
- Fruits:
- 0.5 apple 🍎
- 1 banana
- 0.5 peeled lemon 🍋
- blueberries 🫐
- blackberries
- raspberries
- strawberries 🍓
- Veggies:
- Carrots 🥕 or carrot juice
- Asparagus
- Beet juice
- Broccoli 🥦
- Boosters:
- 2 scoops flaxseed
- 2 scoops of shredded linseed
- 2 scoops chia seeds
- 1 scoop black sesame seeds
- 1 scoop green tea powder 🍵
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- yoghurt
- lactose-free milk or almond milk
- dried haws
- walnuts and macadamia nuts
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 50 gram piece of ginger without skin
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until completely smooth. Make sure the resulting juice is low-sugar.
