Ingredients

  • Fruits:
    • 0.5 apple 🍎
    • 1 banana
    • 0.5 peeled lemon 🍋
    • blueberries 🫐
    • blackberries
    • raspberries
    • strawberries 🍓
  • Veggies:
    • Carrots 🥕 or carrot juice
    • Asparagus
    • Beet juice
    • Broccoli 🥦
  • Boosters:
    • 2 scoops flaxseed
    • 2 scoops of shredded linseed
    • 2 scoops chia seeds
    • 1 scoop black sesame seeds
    • 1 scoop green tea powder 🍵
    • 1 teaspoon turmeric
    • yoghurt
    • lactose-free milk or almond milk
    • dried haws
    • walnuts and macadamia nuts
    • 3-4 cloves of garlic
    • 50 gram piece of ginger without skin


Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until completely smooth. Make sure the resulting juice is low-sugar.
